With a single-channel pipette, it takes about 10 minutes to fill a 96-well plate, without changing tips in between each well (at a speed of 5500mm/min).
With an 8-channel pipette, it takes about 2 minutes to fill a 96-well plate, without changing tips in between each row (at a speed of 5500mm/min).
