For the best possible experience, make sure you are logged in using your Opentrons Account. By logging into your Opentrons Account, our Customer Support specialists can access more information about your robot and software, allowing them to more effectively resolve your issue. Even if you haven't created an Opentrons Account, it is highly encouraged that you enter your email address in the chat window when prompted. This allows us to respond to your inquiry even after you have left our website.

Opentrons is based in New York City in Eastern Standard Time (EST)

  • We have customer support members available Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST or 13:00 GMT to 20:00 GMT to respond within in minutes of messaging your issue.
  • After-hours Monday through Friday 6pm EST to 9am or 20:00 GMT to 13:00 GMT or Saturday to Sunday, we will do our best to address your issues, but may not be able to provide a proper response until the next business day.
